Samsung has quietly listed the Galaxy Tab A Kids Edition (2019) on its US website. Every bit the name suggests, this is a tablet aimed at kids, but the device itself is not exactly new. It's basically a Milky way Tab A 8.0 (2019) with a bumper case. The rest of the things, including the SM-T290 model number, remain unchanged from the regular tab.
Being a tablet for kids, information technology offers granular controls for parents to monitor screen fourth dimension and access to content. The tab comes with a free trial of the Samsung Kids app that boasts 10,000+ hours of child-friendly content.
